This full-body workout needs no equipment

Can’t hit the gym? Not a problem. While the country remains in lockdown amid the coronavirus pandemic, trying to maintain a regular full-body workout routine with no equipment can be hard and very demotivating at times. But it is extremely important to introduce some form of exercise in your daily routine to eliminate stress and boost your physical health.

Here is a full body workout you can do at home that requires no equipment. It is a highly efficient interval workout that will hit all the major muscle groups while improving your cardiovascular capacity.

Equipment:

Not a thing

What to do:

Perform each exercise for the designated number of reps with no rest between exercises in each round. Rest for 30 seconds and the move on to the next round. Complete all 4 rounds, rest for 30 seconds and repeat the entire workout.

Exercises:

ROUND 1:

30 Jumping Jacks

20 Squats

10 Pushups

Rest 30 Seconds

ROUND 2:

30 Mountain Climbers

20 Lunges

10 Pushups

Rest 30 Seconds

ROUND 3:

30 Pulsing Squats

20 Burpees

10 Pushups

Rest 30 Seconds

ROUND 4:

30 Bicycle Crunches

20 Cross Jacks

10 Pushups

Rest 30 Seconds

Repeat entire workout.
